YOUR OPPORTUNITY

Exciting things are happening at IGO, including the development of the Odysseus Underground Nickel Mine at our Cosmos Operation based near Leinster in Western Australia. Once in production, Odysseus will deliver high quality nickel concentrates into the global nickel market which is growing rapidly driven by demand for nickel rich lithium-ion batteries.

We have newly created opportunities for experienced Winder Drivers to join us at a unique time of growth at IGO.

You'll have the opportunity to flex your shaft winding system experience and develop prospective winder drivers as we continue to grow our operations. You will be the driving force to safely operating the shaft winding system at Cosmos for material hoisting and inspection, maintenance and emergency requirements.

YOUR EXPERIENCE

We are on the hunt for highly motivated, strong communicators and team player individuals who:

• Gets a kick out of operating mine winding systems for the haulage of material;
• Possess practical experience with Class 1 Winding Engine Driver’s Certificate or equivalent competency;
• Champions excellence in creating a positive safety culture and actively participating in making a difference;
• Has a C Class Drivers Licence and National Police Clearance; and,
• Possess a Work Safely at Heights and First Aid (Provide First Aid) cert (desirable).
